Terms & Conditions

Using the site

Ignotos is a fan-made gaming community, not a registered company, and this site (including Ignotos Shop) is run by community volunteers. It's not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment or any game publisher whose games are discussed here. Signing in with Discord requires being a member of the Ignotos Discord server in good standing - see the Code of Conduct for what that means.

Buying from Ignotos Shop

Products are printed to order by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner once payment is confirmed by Stripe - by placing an order you're agreeing to pay the price shown at checkout (including any shipping shown before you pay). The shop may run in Stripe's test mode from time to time, which is always clearly labelled when it applies - no real charge happens in test mode.

Prices, product availability, and designs can change without notice - we'll always show you the final price before you're asked to pay. See Shipping & Returns for delivery timeframes and what happens if something arrives wrong.

Content you submit

Anything you post to the scrapbook or share elsewhere on the site should be your own, or something you have permission to share. Officers can remove content or restrict access for anyone who breaks the Code of Conduct.

No guarantees

This site is run on a best-effort basis by volunteers, alongside third-party services (Discord, Stripe, our print-on-demand partner) that we don't control. We'll do our best to keep things running and sort out problems, but can't guarantee the site or shop will always be available or error-free.
