Ignotos Shop
Who runs this
Ignotos Shop is run by the Ignotos community itself - designs come from the people here, not a marketing team. Nobody in the community packs or ships anything: every order is printed and shipped directly by our print-on-demand partner, triggered automatically the moment payment is confirmed.
Checkout is handled entirely by Stripe - Ignotos never sees or stores your card details. The shop is currently running in Stripe's test mode while we finish setting things up, which will be clearly indicated if it's still the case.
Delivery
Most items are printed to order and take roughly 2-7 business days to make before they even ship - nothing sits pre-made on a shelf.
On top of that, shipping itself varies a lot by destination - domestic orders are typically quicker than international ones.
Where we ship: internationally, wherever our print-on-demand partner can reach - the countries available to you are shown when you enter your address at checkout.
Shipping cost: calculated live at checkout based on your address and basket, and shown clearly before you pay - never a surprise at the end.
Separate packages: if your order has more than one item, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels at slightly different times - that's normal for print-on-demand, not a sign something's gone wrong.
Tracking: we don't currently email tracking automatically once an order ships - check your order in your profile, or ask in Discord with your order number and an officer can look up tracking for you.
After you order
If something's wrong
Every item is made to order specifically for you, not picked from stock - the same reason most print-on-demand and personalised goods can't be returned for a simple change of mind. That means we can't accept a return because you picked the wrong size/colour at checkout, so double-check your selection before you pay.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is genuinely faulty, let us know within 30 days of delivery (see contact below) with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort it out with our fulfilment partner - a reprint or refund, whichever fits.
If an order that added Community Points to the chest is ever refunded, we adjust the chest total to match automatically - nothing you need to do, and no impact on the rest of the chest's progress.
Community Chest
A share of qualifying purchases counts toward the Ignotos Community Chest. When the community fills it, we put something back in - things like game codes, Discord Nitro, gaming vouchers, giveaways, or community events, depending on what's live at the time.
Community Points aren't currency. They can't be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, or cashed out, and they carry no monetary value of their own - they're simply how we show the community's progress toward the next milestone.
The Community Chest is a give-back mechanism, not a charitable donation - the shop still covers its own running costs (hosting, design, admin, and the rest) the way any small operation does. We won't claim otherwise.
